After I place the order, when can I expect it to be shipped?

Prior to shipping your order, we need to process the order and subject all your items to our rigorous quality control tests. As a result of this, the overall delivery time may vary from the shipping time alone.

The estimated delivery time ranges from approximately 10 to 35 days, encompassing both tailoring and shipping durations. We provide three choices:

  • "Economy" Option: Processing time takes around 25 to 35 days.
  • "Standard" Option: Processing time takes about 15 to 25 days.
  • "Expedited" Option: Processing time is typically within 15 days.

Are deliveries made to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Kindly refrain from using P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses, as your package cannot be successfully delivered to these locations.


Why does the tracking number appear as invalid?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Once we dispatch our packages to you, the shipping company may not provide additional updates as your package is in transit. Updates will resume once the package reaches the next sorting facility. It may take a few days (typically 3-7 days) to observe any activity after the package has been shipped from our side.

Alternatively, you might need to obtain the destination tracking number for certain shipping methods. This new tracking number can be obtained by tracking the link provided in the confirmation email. If you're unable to locate the updated tracking number, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We are here to help you with this matter.


What steps can I take if the tracking indicates delivery, but I haven't received the package?

In the event that the tracking status indicates "delivered," but you have not received the package, there are steps you can take:

1.Carefully Review the Situation:
Examine the details closely to ensure that the tracking information indeed states "delivered" and that it pertains to your order.

2.Verify the Delivery Location:
Ensure the package wasn't left in an unusual place or with a neighbor.

3.Wait for a Potential Delay:
Occasionally, carriers may update the status prematurely, and the package might arrive shortly after the "delivered" update.

4.Contact the Shipping Company:
Reach out to the carrier's customer service, providing them with your tracking number and explaining the discrepancy. They might have insights to offer.

5.Consider Package Theft:
While unpleasant, package theft is a possibility. If you suspect this, promptly report the situation to the carrier and SQOSA.
